PodIntel provides AI-powered podcast intelligence reports. We analyze publicly available podcast transcripts to generate structured reports about companies, people, and topics. Reports are generated using automated systems and should be used as one input among many in your research process.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Reports and subscriptions are billed as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
Reports generated by PodIntel are provided for your personal or internal business use. The underlying data, algorithms, and platform remain the intellectual property of PodIntel. Podcast content referenced in reports belongs to its respective creators.
6. Disclaimer
PodIntel reports are generated by AI and are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Reports should not be construed as financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in our reports.
7. Limitation of Liability
PodIntel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
