Refund Policy

Single Reports

If a report fails to generate or contains no relevant results, we will issue a full refund. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a completed report, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email support@getpodintel.com with your account email and the report or charge in question. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
